Summary
Mrs. Rosalyn Essien, the President University Women Association encouraged the students of Federal Government College, Ikot Ekpene during their Prize-Giving Ceremony by donating cash prizes to to the best graduating students in English, History and Art. She gave the cash prizes in memory of her late brother Engr. Aniekan Usanga who himself graduated from the school.
